Selectdoor wins Best Suppliers 2009

HAF Selectdoor has been fitted to a new Cancer Research UK facility, helping contractor Austin Company receive the Cancer Research UK “Best Suppliers” award for 2009. It opened on time and with savings of over £1m for the charity.

The doors incorporated post formed edges for easy cleaning, which makes them ideal for hospital and medical applications. The fully finished doorsets can also be coated in an anti-bacterial agent and supplied with tapered frames to allow easy access for trolley beds. Eight doorsets may be installed per two man team per day, which dramatically reduces the cost for contractors.

Austin has written to HAF: ‘This award is a result of all the hard work put in by everyone involved with the project and we would like to thank your organisation for the support provided during the construction of the project which made it the success that it was.
